Apperently 80% of weight loss is what you eat…
15% is exercise and 5% is genetics?
Idfk-something like that anyway. My mom always says that it’s all about what foods you eat and eating healthy is key to losing weight. Working out alone isn’t enough.
SO WTF kind of eating plan should I do?
I want to show results at Christmas when I go home to see my family.
Should I:
count calories?
do the nicole richie/6 week body make over plan-with 6 small meals a day-whole grains and protein and snacks even though it SOO HARD WITH MY SCHEDULE?
or do some sort of cleanse/fast?
I’ve never tried a cleanse before. Should I give it a try?
I want to get a dress like this for my vacation!

Just be more conscious of what you’re eating. Getting a Food Journal and just writhing down the calories of things will show light on what’s good and bad. Also cutting out soda is probably one of the best ways to lose. its just empty calories.

count calories. no seriously count calories. eat 1200 calories a day (less=starvation mode. more= not strict enough unless you work out EVEN MORE). Burn 400 calories through exercise a day. lose 10lbs in a month. dedication is what matters.
