I am well aware!

I am well aware that you cannot CHOOSE to be anorexic nor can you CHOOSE to have any kind of eating disorder. But I can CHOOSE to fast. It’s my body and if I think this is what’s best for me at this point in time, I’m going to do it. Don’t talk to me about being healthy. I know how to do that, I’m just choosing not to.

  1. julzarulza said: make sure that you take vitamins and drink plenty of water also, if you’re fasting for a long period of time keep something like peanut butter crackers or anything else to regulate your blood sugar in case you need it
